Renewable Convertible Term
These term insurance plans offer coverage for five, ten, fifteen and
twenty year periods, with premiums required for the entire
coverage period. Premiums are intended to be level, but the Order
reserves the right to change the amount of premium payments at
the end of the guarantee period. These plans are available to
insurable applicants between ages 18 and 65, and the minimum
coverage amount is $100,000.

Those who apply for and receive $250,000 or more of coverage
may qualify to receive our Premier Term or Ultra Premier Term
rates. Your Knights of Columbus agent will be happy to explain
the eligibility criteria for there reduced premium rates.

Coverage may be converted to a permanent plan at any time prior
to the annual contract date nearest the insured's 65th birthday while
the contract is in force. Waiver of Premium and Accidental Death
riders may be added to the new contract if requested, without
additional underwriting, provided they are attached to the term
contract at the time of conversion. Issues age of these benefits will
be the same as the new permanent plan to which they are attached
(subject to maximum issue ages). If the policy is not issues in New
York, conversion on an original age basis is also possible - you

Coverage may be converted to a permanent plan at any time prior
to the annual contract date nearest the insured's 30th birthday while
the contract is in force. Conversion can be for any level premium,
level amount life plan available at the time of conversion. If the
plan is converted prior to age 30, it is guaranteed convertible up to
the face amount. If converted at age 30, it is guaranteed
convertible for up to twice the face amount. Partial conversion is
available provided that not less than $1,000 of term coverage is
converted, and not less than $10,000 of term coverage is
continued.
