Chad has served as general agent for southern Indiana since 2000 because he sees
it as a practical way to build up the church and live out his faith. "Life insurance is
pro-family!" is his personal mantra. Chad and his wife Yvonne have six children.
Mrs. Lueken, (Chad's hero) stays at home with their children and teaches at the
Father McGivney Academy (the Lueken family home school), as well as Natural
Family Planning at Memorial Hospital in Jasper. The Luekens belong to Saint
Joseph's Catholic Church, also in Jasper. Chad an Yvonne have been active in
Catholic movements including: Cursillo, Christ Renews His Parish, the Father
McGivney Guild, and Catholic Engaged Encounter. Chad and Yvonne are also
members of Dubois County Right to Life.

Prior to joining the Order's field force, taught theology at Washington (Indiana) Catholic
High School.
Graduate of St. Meinrad Seminary and College of Liberal Arts, with a BA in History.
Attained the prestigious professional designations of Fraternal Insurance Counsselor
(FIC) and Fraternal Insurance Counselor-Fellow (FICF) and is currently pursuing the
Life Underwriter's Training Council (LUTC) designation.

Member of the Legacy Societies at Gibault, Inc. (a school founded by the Indiana
Knights of Columbus for troubled kids), and the Father McGivney's Knights of Dubois
County Endowment Fund (which was established by one of Chad's Field Agents--T.I.M.
Jarboe) in conjunction with the Dubois County Community Foundation.
Past Member of Junior Chamber of Commerce, Young Men's Institute (YMI) and
American Legion. Past Member of the Board of Directors for John Paul the Great
Catholic High School.
