Lueken Agency Agents are LEADERS!!!
For some reason, leaders seem to come from this part of Indiana. Maybe it's something in the water, but
I think it's more than that...
I'm pleased to report that for the second time in less than a year, we have promoted another man from our
agency to the position of General Agent! Two in less than a year! That just doesn't happen!
One of our agents, Gerald Hatcher, was promoted after only two years with us. The other, Paul
Goldsmith was promoted after only four. I think that says something about the quality of man we are
bringing into our organization, and I believe it says something about the quality of training I provide.
I guarantee each new Field Agent, one on one, focused personal attention in their initial training. I know
how important that hands-on learning is! I know, because I was promoted to General Agent myself, back
in 2000, with only 11 months experience as Field Agent. Without the proper training as a solid
foundation I could not have made that transition. I'm grateful for the time, money and resources my GA
expended on me, and I make a concerted effort to do the same with each new man I bring into our
wonderful business.
As such, every new Field Agent joining the Lueken Agency gets the benefit of having me work with him
for 3 to 6 weeks on almost every sales appointment. I'm always here for the Field Agent, of course,
throughout his career, but the first few weeks are the most challenging. That's why I'm here--to introduce
every new agent to SUCCESS.
