is designed to help you custom-build a life
insurance plan consisting of whole life and term
insurance, as well as:

•        Generally, the plan provides a level
death benefit for all of life. As the permanent
paid-up insurance benefit increases, the term
insurance benefit proportionately decreases.

•        Premiums for the While Life Portion are
level and guaranteed.

•        Dividends are payable on the Whole Life
Plan and APB benefit beginning at the end of
